5- Senior Project Manager : Dubai

A medium sized developer in Dubai is looking to recruit 2 number Project Managers to manage a large portion of works on a new project in Dubai.
You will have the following -

Proven Dubai experience. 3 years plus. A benefit would be to have a project from end to end on your CV.
A degree in Civil Engineering
10 years post graduate experience
Arabic skills  / GCC resident preferred but not essential
Must be a strong character as the project director will test the individual on a daily basis. He has delivered some very large projects and has very high expectations for his team.
You must be technically competent and able to complete a technical interview.
You must be very good client facing and very capable of managing consultants and contractors.
This is a February start.
